Recently I bought a Bluetti AC240P battery box. It has a 12V DC 30A output that I would like to use for powering my amateur radio equipment and caravan. Unfortunately, Bluetti uses connectors that seem property at the first glance, but with a bit of research on Chinese online shops I found out that this is not the case. Also these connectors vary from model to model. Some of them are directly available to order for end-users from Aliexpress or Elecbee. Other ones, I only found on the manufacturers website, but there you have to negotiate a price and take care of the import customs. In this article I want to collect all connectors I discovered.
Bluetti AC240P
These connectors may also fit for the following models: (needs to be researched)
DC output connector: 2 pin Jnicon M25 5G to Power Pole cable
My Bluetti AC240P uses a two pin M25 5G connector from "Jnicon" for the 12V DC output. They market it as a power connector for 5G base stations. There is another connector named M25 with a different mating shape available which the Bluetti uses for its DC input. I will call the connector for the DC output "M25 5G" but when searching online you should always use "M25" and look at the pictures. This connector is available for soldering or with screw terminals. When using the screw terminals variant, make sure to put ferrules on the wires.

I bought this one from Aliexpress:
Widsey Store
The keywords when searching for them are:
m25 connector, m25 connector 50A
When ordering, check the pictures as the pin count is often not in the product name.
For the AC240P, plus is on pin 1 and minus is on pin 2. The pin numbers are written on the connectors.
I used a two wire 4mm² (AWG 11) cable for connecting the M25 connector to a Power Pole connector. This is the thickest cable that fits in a standard 45A Power Pole plug.
In total this adapter cable cost me 16€ and is 2.5m long.
This cable from Amazon was used:
AUPROTEC KFZ Kabel 2x4,0 mm² 5m rund
I tested it under full load by transmitting with my Yaesu FT-710 radio + some accessories that were running. The voltage drop and stability is OK. No interference from the DC / DC converters in the Bluetti were observed.
DC input connector: 2 pin Jnicon M25 connector
Pay attention when ordering this connector as there are two variants with the difference that the male and female sides are exchanged (the male side is on the socket side or the male side is on the plug side). Similar to how there is SMA and RP-SMA.

From Elecbee (screw terminals):
M25 Bayonet Waterproof Connector 2-Core Nylon Material Locking Screw 35A Battery Charger Connector
Also available with solder terminals:
M25 Bayonet Waterproof Connector 2-Core Nylon Material Solder Type 35A Led Power Connector
Pin 1 is plus and pin 2 is minus for the AC240P. The pin numbers are marked on the connector.
When I received the connector from Elecbee, I saw that it was not produced by Jnicon but by "ZSJ". The quality is lower when compared to the M25 5G connector. It has rough seems from injection molding that were not cleaned up. I fixed this myself by dragging a knife over the seems. Nevertheless, it fits into the mating plug of the Bluetti without a problem (it would also fit without cleaning it up, I just did it because I think it looks nicer).
AC input connector: Jnicon M25 Auto 3 pin connector
I couldn't buy this connector but judging from the pictures it should be this model.

The three thick pins are used to deliver mains voltage. The pin in the middle is the earth connection. The pins left and right of the earth pin are used for live and neutral. The thinner "data pins" are not used (nothing connected).
AC parallel port: Jnicon M25 3 + 9 Pin
The manual doesn't say for what this port can be used for. It only gives a hint that there might be accessories which use this port in the future. I didn't test this connector so far. Maybe something interesting can be found on the data pins.

Bluetti AC300
A friend of mine has this Bluetti model and I still need to give him the connector for confirming the compatibility. So far I only searched for and found the connector for the 12V DC 30A output.
DC output connector: 2 pin WKDQ WK29
I ordered this connector from Aliexpress. The quality was very good. I only saw sets containing a socket and a plug. It would by interesting to find an offer where you can only buy a plug as this connector is more expensive then the AC240P connectors. Manufacturer website:

Aliexpress (there are multible listings, this one is for soldering):
Select the type: WK29CP2X-WK29SS2X
You can find a few different sellers for this connector on Aliexpress when you search for "WK29".
I will update the pin-out as soon as I can test the connector.
Update: This connector is to big! We will try WK21!
